Delbury Hall, probably the most beautiful and imposing Georgian mansion in Shropshire, is the perfect venue for a classic country house wedding. There is also a renowned Trout Fishery in the grounds and on the estate, a Limestone Quarry supplying stone for local historic buildings.

In a tranquil setting, facing south across water meadows towards Ludlow, 8 miles away, the house is approached through 80 acres of landscaped parkland in the middle of the beautiful Corvedale, between Much Wenlock and Ludlow, with a backdrop of the Clee Hills and the Wenlock Edge. There are flower-filled gardens, lakes with ornamental duck and a dramatic water feature, a 17th Century dovecote and a sheltered courtyard with tubs of geraniums and daisies.

It is possible to stay at Delbury Hall as we take occasional paying guests but, when a wedding is happening in The Coach House, we do not take guests in the Hall, as we find it difficult to give our full attention to both.
The accommodation in Delbury Hall is very comfortable. Dinner can sometimes be arranged for four or more guests and there is a pub/restaurant,  The Crown at Munslow, less than 2 miles away, serving good food. Ludlow has many wonderful, Michelin starred restaurants and is within easy reach.
